Sec. 10. The department shall prepare an annual report concerning the implementation of the program and shall submit the report to the state board before December 1 of each year. The report must include the pertinent details of the program, including the following:
(2) The number of teachers attending a summer institute offered by the College Board.
(1) The number of students participating in the program.

- program: refers to the advanced placement program established by section 4 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 20-36-3-3
- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(3) Recent trends in the field of advanced placement.
(4) The distribution of money under this program.
(5) Gender and minority participation.
(6) Other pertinent matters.
