Indiana Code 20-49-4-4. “Disaster”

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “disaster” refers to loss by:

(1) fire;

(2) wind;

(3) cyclone; or

(4) other disaster;

of all or a major part of a school building or school buildings.
