- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 2. “Academic term” means a semester, a trimester, a quarter, or any other equivalent term set forth by an eligible institution and used to divide an academic year into periods in which classes are held.
