Sec. 7. “Family practice” means that medical specialty that:
(1) is called family practice; and
(2) provides personal physicians who:
(A) serve as first medical contacts for patients;
(B) provide a means of entering the health care system; and
(C) accept responsibility for a patient’s total health care.
