Sec. 20. (a) An approved eligible program provider shall conduct a survey of the individuals:

(1) who participated in a course or certification or other program of the approved eligible program provider; and

Terms Used In Indiana Code 22-4.1-27-20

  • cabinet: refers to the governor's workforce cabinet established by IC 4-3-27-3. See Indiana Code 22-4.1-27-1
  • eligible program provider: means an accredited public, nonprofit, or private diploma granting institution with at least two (2) years of experience providing adult dropout recovery services that:

  • program: refers to the workforce diploma reimbursement program established by section 7 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 22-4.1-27-6
  • Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(2) for whom the approved eligible program provider received reimbursement under this chapter.

     (b) The survey shall be conducted in the year after the year in which the individual graduates or is no longer enrolled with the approved eligible program provider and the next four (4) consecutively succeeding years.

     (c) The survey must include the individual’s employment status, including whether the individual is employed full-time or part-time, for each year the survey is conducted.

     (d) The approved eligible program provider shall submit each survey conducted under this section to the cabinet and the department not later than December 1 of the year in which the survey is conducted.
