Sec. 22. Any partner shall have the right to a formal account as to partnership affairs:
(b) If the right exists under the terms of any agreement.
(a) If he is wrongfully excluded from the partnership business or possession of its property by his copartners.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 23-4-1-22
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(c) As provided by section 21 of this chapter.
(d) Whenever other circumstances render it just and reasonable.
