Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-4-3-5

  • Person: shall be deemed to mean a person, firm, partnership, association, limited liability company, or corporation. See Indiana Code 24-4-3-1
   Sec. 5. A person who recklessly violates this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
