Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-5-8-21

  • Person: means a human being, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, unincorporated association, trust, or governmental entity. See Indiana Code 24-5-8-1
   Sec. 21. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as relieving a person from complying with IC 23-2-2.5, IC 23-2-2.7, and IC 23-19.
