Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, “scleral tattooing” means the practice of producing an indelible mark or figure on the human eye by scarring or inserting a pigment on, in, or under:
(1) the fornix conjunctiva;
(2) the bulbar conjunctiva;
(3) the ocular conjunctiva; or
(4) another ocular surface;
using needles, scalpels, or other related equipment.
