Sec. 4. (a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to:
(2) set fees under IC 25-1-8; and
(1) implement and enforce this chapter;
Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-26-19-4
- board: refers to the Indiana board of pharmacy established by IC 25-26-13-3. See Indiana Code 25-26-19-1
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- pharmacy technician: means an individual who:

(3) establish education and training requirements for licensure to practice as a pharmacy technician.
(b) The board shall:
(1) establish standards for the competent practice of pharmacy technicians; and
(2) subject to IC 4-21.5, IC 25-1-7, and IC 25-1-9, conduct proceedings on any matter under the jurisdiction of the board.
