- Department: means the department of natural resources. See Indiana Code 25-36.5-1-1
- Timber: means trees, standing or felled, and logs which can be used for sawing or processing into lumber for building or structural purposes or for the manufacture of any article. See Indiana Code 25-36.5-1-1
Sec. 7. The application fee or renewal fee for a registration certificate to operate as a timber buyer, is one hundred thirty dollars ($130). The fee for a certificate stating that a registration certificate has been issued and security filed is twenty dollars ($20). All fees collected by the department accrue to the use of the department for its administrative purposes.
