Sec. 26. (a) Any reference in a law, rule, license, permit, registration, certification, order, agreement, or other document to or by the Indiana board of veterinary medical examiners shall be treated after June 30, 2023, as a reference to the board.

     (b) Any rules adopted by the Indiana board of veterinary medical examiners before July 1, 2023, are considered, after June 30, 2023, rules of the board.
