Terms Used In Indiana Code 29-1-1-17
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 17. Such proof of service shall be received in evidence in any court in this state, and be deemed sufficient proof of the matters and things therein contained.
