Terms Used In Indiana Code 30-2-8.6-15

  • state: means a state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. See Indiana Code 30-2-8.6-15
  • United States: includes the District of Columbia and the commonwealths, possessions, states in free association with the United States, and the territories. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
   Sec. 15. As used in this chapter, “state” means a state, territory, or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
