- Fraud: Intentional deception resulting in injury to another.
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
Sec. 23. If a court vacates or has vacated a man’s paternity of a child based on fraud or mistake of fact, the man’s child support obligation, including any arrearage, terminates.
