Sec. 2. The guardian ad litem or the court appointed special advocate, or both, shall be given access under IC 31-39 to:

(1) all reports relevant to the case; and

  • Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
