Indiana Code 32-18-2-1. Applicability of chapter

Sec. 1. (a) This chapter applies to all transfers made and obligations incurred after June 30, 1994.

Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.

(b) This chapter does not apply to a transfer made or an obligation incurred before July 1, 1994.
