Terms Used In Indiana Code 32-30-10.5-6

  • Foreclosure: A legal process in which property that is collateral or security for a loan may be sold to help repay the loan when the loan is in default. Source: OCC
   Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, “mortgage foreclosure counselor” means a foreclosure prevention counselor who is part of, or has been trained or certified by, the Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network.
