Sec. 2. (a) “Actual damages”, for purposes of IC 34-15-3, includes all damages that the plaintiff may have suffered in respect to the plaintiff’s character, property, business, trade, profession, or occupation.
(b) “Actual damages”, for purposes of IC 34-15-4, means all damages that the plaintiff may have suffered in respect to the plaintiff’s reputation, property, business, trade, profession, or occupation.Terms Used In Indiana Code 34-6-2-2
(c) The phrase does not include any other damages.
