Terms Used In Indiana Code 34-31-9-3.7

  • person: means an individual, governmental entity, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, unincorporated association, or other legal or commercial entity. See Indiana Code 34-31-9-8
(2) executed or adopted by a person;

with the intent to sign the electronic record.
