Terms Used In Indiana Code 35-47-15-6

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
   Sec. 6. An entity that provides evidence required under section 5 of this chapter is immune from civil or criminal liability for providing the evidence.
