(1) a destructive device;

Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:Class | Prison | Fine |

Level 4 felony | between 2 and 12 years | up to $10,000 |
(2) an explosive; or
(3) a detonator;
to a person who is less than eighteen (18) years of age commits a Level 4 felony.
