Sec. 5. A person who knowingly or intentionally distributes or offers to distribute:

(2) an explosive; or
(1) a destructive device;

Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:| Class | Prison | Fine |

(3) a detonator;
to a person who is less than eighteen (18) years of age commits a Level 4 felony.
