Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-1-22-2
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “person” means an individual, firm, limited liability company, corporation, association, or other legal entity.
