- person: means an individual, firm, limited liability company, corporation, association, or other legal entity. See Indiana Code 36-1-22-2
- residential dwelling: means a building or part of a building occupied by or intended for the occupancy of one (1) or more individuals. See Indiana Code 36-1-22-4
Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “remodeler” means a person engaged in altering, repairing, restoring, maintaining, or modifying an existing residential dwelling.
