Sec. 38. (a) A housing authority shall file with the Indiana department of health a description of each proposed project, including plans and layout. The Indiana department of health shall, within thirty (30) days, transmit its approval or disapproval to the authority.
(b) A housing authority shall file all plans for new construction with the department of homeland security in the manner prescribed by IC 22-15-3.
