Indiana Code 36-9-27.4-10. Required contents of petition

Sec. 10. A petition filed by a person described in section 9(1) of this chapter must include the following:

(1) A general description of the tract of land owned by the petitioner.

obstruction: means a condition that:
Indiana Code 36-9-27.4-4
person: means an individual, a corporation, a limited liability company, a partnership, or any other legal entity. See Indiana Code 36-9-27.4-6
tract: means an area of land that is:
Indiana Code 36-9-27.4-8

(2) A general explanation of the need for the removal of the obstruction.

(3) A general description of the site of the obstruction.
