‘Fiduciary’ means a trustee or custodian under any instrument, or an executor, administrator or personal representative of a decedent‘s estate or any other person, including an investment trust adviser, trust protector or a trust committee which is acting in a fiduciary capacity for any person, trust or estate.

- Decedent: A deceased person.
- Executor: A male person named in a will to carry out the decedent
- Fiduciary: A trustee, executor, or administrator.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
