Nevada Revised Statutes 294A.347 – Statements which expressly advocate election or defeat of clearly identified candidate required to disclose certain information under certain circumstances
1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 294A.349, a statement which:

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
(a) Is published within 60 days before a general election or special election or 30 days before a primary election;
(b) Expressly advocates the election or defeat of a clearly identified candidate for a state or local office; and
(c) Is published by a person who receives compensation from the candidate, an opponent of the candidate or a person, political party or committee for political action, must contain a disclosure of the fact that the person receives compensation pursuant to paragraph (c) and the name of the person, political party or committee for political action providing that compensation.
2. A statement which:
(a) Is published by a candidate within 60 days before a general election or special election or 30 days before a primary election; and
(b) Contains the name of the candidate, shall be deemed to comply with the provisions of this section.
3. As used in this section, ‘publish’ means the act of:
(a) Printing, posting, broadcasting, mailing or otherwise disseminating; or
(b) Causing to be printed, posted, broadcasted, mailed or otherwise disseminated.
