Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 333.150

  • Administrator: means the Administrator of the Purchasing Division. See Nevada Revised Statutes 333.020
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). Source: OCC

1.  Purchase or contract for all supplies, materials and equipment; and

2.  Contract for the rental or lease of equipment, needed by any using agency, unless otherwise provided by law.
