In addition to the program established pursuant to NRS 427A.255, the Division may initiate projects to test and demonstrate various ways of providing the community-based services and all-inclusive care necessary to enable a frail elderly person to remain in his or her home.
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 427A.280
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
