The Nevada Office of Cyber Defense Coordination is hereby created and is composed of:
Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 480.920
- Director: means the Director of the Department of Public Safety. See Nevada Revised Statutes 480.010
1. The Administrator of the Office, who is appointed by the Director; and
2. Within the limits of legislative appropriations, a number of employees which the Director determines to be sufficient to carry out the duties of the Office.
