If a person requests pursuant to NRS 481.091 to have an alternate address displayed on the person’s driver’s license, commercial driver’s license or identification card, the personal information of that person may only be disclosed as provided in NRS 239.0115 or 481.063 or as otherwise specifically authorized by law.
