The violation of any of the provisions of NRS 504.300 to 504.370, inclusive, or the rules and regulations prescribed by the Commission is punishable in accordance with the provisions of NRS 501.385, and in addition thereto any license issued under the provisions of NRS 504.300 to 504.370, inclusive, may be revoked by the Commission or by a court of competent jurisdiction for the balance of the license term, and no new license may be issued during the same license year.
