Any person, company, corporation or association, or any agent, servant or employee of such, who shall violate or disregard any quarantine provision of this chapter, or any sanitary or quarantine rule, regulation or order of the Board or inspector thereof, or any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.

- Board: means the State Board of Agriculture. See Nevada Revised Statutes 562.010
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
