If any person refuses to testify, produce evidence or make answer after being granted immunity from prosecution as provided by NRS 598A.130, the Attorney General may apply to any district court for an order compelling such person to testify, produce evidence or make answer. Any person who disobeys such order of the court may be held in contempt of court.
