1. Any person who secures or attempts to secure any certificate, license or permit issued by the Board for himself or herself or any other person by making, or causing to be made, any false representation or who fraudulently represents himself or herself to be the holder of any certificate, license or permit issued by the Board is guilty of a misdemeanor.

- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
2. Any certificate, license or permit issued by the Board on information later found to be false or fraudulent must be automatically cancelled by the Board.
