‘Homeowner’ means the owner of record of a residence, including, without limitation, the owner of record of a residence in foreclosure at the time the notice of the pendency of an action for foreclosure is recorded pursuant to NRS 14.010 or the notice of default and election to sell is recorded pursuant to NRS 107.080.
