Every licensee shall maintain assets of at least $50,000 either used or readily available for use in the conduct of the business of each licensed office.

- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Licensee: means a person to whom one or more licenses have been issued. See Nevada Revised Statutes 675.020
