‘Authorized remote-technology system’ means any system or other means of communication which is approved by the Director and which uses any electronic, digital or other similar technology to enable a person from a remote location to attend, participate, vote or take any other action in any committee meeting even though the person is not physically present at the committee meeting.

  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
