Terms Used In Nevada Revised Statutes 644A.935

  • person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039

1.  It is unlawful to advertise in any manner that is misleading or inaccurate with respect to any services relating to the practice of cosmetology offered by a licensee, registrant or other natural person.

2.  An advertisement must not state or imply favorable consideration by the Board except that an advertisement may state that a cosmetological establishment, school of cosmetology, licensee or registrant is licensed or registered by the Board.
