- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
For any person to obtain the allowance as set forth in s. 238.171 the person shall make such proof of the facts and conditions entitling him or her to the allowance as shall reasonably be required by the state board, and when such proof has been submitted to the satisfaction of the state board, the Chief Financial Officer shall pay to such person the monthly allowance provided for herein.
