Terms Used In Florida Statutes 270.26

  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
The provisions of ss. 270.22270.25 shall not apply to any lands, title to which has vested or which may vest in the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund through any law foreclosing the lien for taxes until all such liens shall have been satisfied as provided by law.
