When any license has been revoked or suspended by the department pursuant to the provisions of ss. 320.60–320.70, the department may for good cause reinstate the license of any former licensee under ss. 320.60–320.70, if it determines that the former licensee is rehabilitated, meets the requirements of ss. 320.60–320.70, files an application for license pursuant to s. 320.63, and complies with ss. 320.60–320.70.
