Terms Used In Florida Statutes 327.72
- Person: means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, association, or other entity. See Florida Statutes 327.02
Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this chapter or chapter 328 not specified in s. 327.73 or not paying the civil penalty specified in s. 327.73 within 30 days, except as otherwise provided in this chapter or chapter 328, commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
