- person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
Notwithstanding s. 496.425, a governmental entity or authority that owns or operates an airport, as defined in s. 332.01, may not be required to issue a permit or grant any person access to airport property for the purpose of soliciting funds.
