Terms Used In Florida Statutes 527.08

  • Department: means the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. See Florida Statutes 527.01
  • Person: means any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, organization, or cooperative. See Florida Statutes 527.01
It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter or of the rules of the department made pursuant to this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or such rule is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.083.
