Terms Used In Florida Statutes 655.419

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
The provisions of ss. 655.41655.419 relating to merger, consolidation, conversion, or acquisition of assets of any financial institution are cumulative with all other provisions of the financial institutions codes and do not modify, limit, or repeal any other provisions except as expressly provided in the codes or as stated in an emergency order issued by the office pursuant to s. 655.4185.
