Terms Used In Florida Statutes 210.32

  • Division: means the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. See Florida Statutes 210.25
  • person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
A person or an entity licensed or permitted by the division, or applying for a license or a permit, must create and maintain an account with the division’s online system and provide an e-mail address to the division to function as the primary means of contact for all communication by the division to the licensee, permittee, or applicant. Licensees, permittees, and applicants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information on file with the division. A person or an entity seeking a license or a permit under this part must apply using forms furnished by the division which are filed through the division’s online system before commencing operations. The division may not process an application for a license or permit issued by the division under this part unless the application is submitted through the division’s online system.
