Terms Used In Florida Statutes 250.18
- Grade: means a step or degree in a graduated scale of office or military rank which is established and designated as a grade by law or rule. See Florida Statutes 250.01
- National Guard: means the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard. See Florida Statutes 250.01
- Officer: means a commissioned officer or warrant officer. See Florida Statutes 250.01
Each commissioned officer and warrant officer of the Florida National Guard must provide his or her own uniform, as prescribed under Department of the Army and Department of the Air Force regulations for commissioned or warrant officers of the National Guard or officers of the Army or Air Force of the United States, of like grade and office.
