Terms Used In Florida Statutes 250.26

  • Officer: means a commissioned officer or warrant officer. See Florida Statutes 250.01
Where the available funds are not sufficient for the purposes specified in ss. 250.23, 250.24, and 250.34, the Governor and Chief Financial Officer may transfer from any available fund in the State Treasury the sum necessary to meet the emergency, and the moneys must be repaid to the fund from which transferred when moneys become available for that purpose by legislative appropriation or otherwise.
